For two days at the beginning of June, the lightweight construction world came together for an international exchange. At LightCon 2022 in Hanover, the most important international lightweight construction players presented a colorful and impressive picture of the latest developments and took a look at the future of lightweight construction. We from vombaur were also there. With high-strength and super-lightweight textile composite solutions for almost all industries and made of very different materials – from carbon to glass to flax.

As a development partner for individual composite textiles, we held discussions with visitors from numerous sectors – from the construction industry to aviation and medical technology. This gave rise to a number of promising and forward-looking project ideas. For example, on components for tomorrow’s mobility or on recyclable and biodegradable composites. Exciting!
