Affiliated companies move closer together

At the beginning of 2019, vombaur and JUMBO-Textil combined their expertise under the umbrella of Textation Group GmbH & Co. KG. Andreas Kielholz, as CEO of the group, is now also on the active management board of vombaur.

Patrick Kielholz, already responsible for production at JUMBO-Textil, now bears overall responsibility for operations at vombaur and at JUMBO-Textil as COO of the group. The affiliated companies are thus moving even closer together.

Impressive balance sheet, strong outlook

vombaur is in a good position – even in the current unpredictable global economic situation: we want to achieve our targets again in 2022, close the year above the pre-crisis level and grow sustainably. The construction planning and preparation of our new headquarters with a state-of-the-art technical centre for development and innovation is in full swing. Operations are scheduled to start at the end of 2023.

The way the company’s business has developed is also unique: vombaur has achieved success on the market for more than 200 years by facing the changes in the industry and reacting to the dynamics with foresight,” emphasises Andreas Kielholz, and Patrick Keilholz adds: “In our group of companies, we have the opportunity to react to change in an even better way and achieve our long-term goals together.”
